This is a moderately challenging long-distance tour, best suited for experienced cyclists with good endurance. The ride covers mountain climbs, high plateaus, and long flat sections—especially through Castile y León. The final day features over 2,000m of climbing into Portugal’s Serra da Estrela mountains.
