A 3 Day Point-to-Point Cycling Challenge in the Heart of Italy
Giretto offers the perfect balance of challenge and immersion, inviting cyclists to explore the beauty of Umbria over three unforgettable days. Like the Grand Tour Italia, this event follows a point-to-point format, guiding you through the region’s rolling hills, historic towns, and picturesque countryside, all while being fully supported by Team Volta.
This weekend cycling adventure takes riders through Umbria’s scenic landscapes, from charming medieval towns to lush vineyards. Each stage is carefully designed to capture the essence of Umbria, providing an exciting cycling challenge, while allowing time to appreciate the rich culture and history of the region.
As the homeland of our founder, Adriano Placidi, Umbria holds a personal significance for Volta Pro Tours. With Giretto, you’ll not only experience stunning cycling routes but also connect with the local culture and history that inspired this event.
After each day’s ride, unwind in charming accommodations, indulge in Umbria’s renowned cuisine, and savour wines that reflect the region’s warm hospitality.
Giretto combines Volta’s hallmark qualities: unforgettable cycling, luxurious accommodations, and authentic local gastronomy, making it the ideal weekend challenge for those eager to explore the heart of Italy on two wheels.
